- Fresh cranberries: 2 cups

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Add the fresh cranberries and sliced jalapeños to the bubbling mixture.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the cranberries start to pop open and the mixture thickens.
- Once cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer the cowboy candy into jars for storage, and let it cool completely before sealing them.
- For serving, spread over cream cheese or use it as a condiment for various dishes.
