Delightful bites of creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky pastry, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured countertop and cut it into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  3. Place a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the pastry over to form a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

These bites can be prepared in advance and frozen unbaked. Bake them directly from the freezer when you’re ready to serve.
