- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Brie Cheese, cut into small pieces
- 4 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured countertop and cut it into squares, about 3×3 inches.
- Place a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
These bites can be prepared in advance and frozen unbaked. Bake them directly from the freezer when you’re ready to serve.
