Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 1 cup
  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Toppings of your choice - As desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, baking powder, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into your desired pizza crust shape, roughly 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings on top of the crust.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a nut-free option, substitute almond flour with oat flour or coconut flour. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
