- Cottage cheese - 1 cup
- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
- Toppings of your choice - As desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, baking powder, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into your desired pizza crust shape, roughly 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings on top of the crust.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a nut-free option, substitute almond flour with oat flour or coconut flour. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
