Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cooking each fillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Set aside and let rest.
  2. In a bowl, add a scoop of cottage cheese as the base. Layer with slices of cooked chicken and pour marinara sauce over it.
  3. Sprinkle fresh basil and any additional toppings. Serve immediately while hot!

Notes
