- 2 fillets Chicken breast
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cooking each fillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Set aside and let rest.
- In a bowl, add a scoop of cottage cheese as the base. Layer with slices of cooked chicken and pour marinara sauce over it.
- Sprinkle fresh basil and any additional toppings. Serve immediately while hot!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with chickpeas or quinoa. You can also customize with various spices or use a homemade alfredo sauce instead of marinara.
