- 1 can Coconut Milk

- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat your chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the can of coconut milk and soy sauce, mixing thoroughly and letting it simmer to warm through.
- Gently place the potstickers in the broth and let them simmer for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Stir in fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute potstickers with frozen dumplings or wontons. This soup can be made vegetarian or vegan by using vegetable broth and meatless potstickers.
