Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
