Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
