Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the hashbrowns, eggs, milk, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and bell peppers in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and pour the hashbrown mixture evenly into the dish.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving to make slicing easier.
