- 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
- Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
For a healthier twist, consider using ground turkey instead of beef. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
