- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup cranberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form; then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the melted white chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 50 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature, then spread cranberry jam on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending.
