- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more maple syrup or honey if desired, then blend again.
- Spoon mousse into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve topped with fresh berries, sliced bananas, or coconut whipped cream for added flavor and color. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
