Delightful bite-sized steak pieces drizzled with a zesty chimichurri sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for searing)
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil (for chimichurri)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh oregano (finely chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer and sear until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with chimichurri sauce before serving.

Notes

For a low-carb alternative, consider using grilled chicken or mushrooms in place of steak. Skewering the bites can make them easier to serve at parties.
