Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Add these morsels to the marinade and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, then thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
