Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a circular form (about ½ inch thick).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Add your favorite toppings to the baked crust and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
