Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and chopped celery. Stir gently to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Mix in the mayonnaise and season with salt and white pepper. Stir well until fully coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat, scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture into the center, sprinkle parsley on top, and roll tightly to secure the filling.
