Description
This Chicken Caesar Wrap is packed with juicy grilled chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, parmesan, and a creamy homemade Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla and toasted to perfection.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (pounded evenly)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic (grated)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 hearts of romaine (chopped)
1 cup Parmesan cheese shavings
Croutons (as desired)
3–4 large tortillas
Instructions
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Mix all seasonings and coat both sides of the chicken.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through (165°F). Let rest, then slice.
In a bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until emulsified. Set some aside for dipping.
Chop romaine and mix with chicken, Parmesan shavings, and croutons. Toss with dressing.
Warm tortillas slightly. Add salad mix, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
Toast wrap in a skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Slice and serve.
Notes
To lighten it up, swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt. Use whole grain tortillas for added fiber. You can grill the chicken or cook it in an air fryer at 375°F for 12 minutes.
