- 2 Grilled Chicken Breasts
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 4 Slices of Cheese
- 4 Slices of Bread
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Butter for Spreading
Instructions
- Grill two chicken breasts until cooked through and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side, layer grilled chicken, mashed avocado, and cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown, flipping to melt the cheese evenly.
