A delightful Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich featuring grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and melted cheese on toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 Grilled Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 4 Slices of Cheese
  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Butter for Spreading

Instructions

  1. Grill two chicken breasts until cooked through and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side, layer grilled chicken, mashed avocado, and cheese.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown, flipping to melt the cheese evenly.
