Description
Quick and nourishing Strawberry Peach smoothie blended with chia seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cherries, and dates. A refreshing 5-minute breakfast with no added sugar.
Ingredients
1⅓ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen peach slices
½ cup reduced-fat plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt
¼ cup pitted dark sweet cherries
3 dried pitted dates
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
Place almond milk, strawberries, peaches, yogurt, cherries, dates, and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Scrape down the sides and blend again for a creamy consistency.
Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra creaminess, let the smoothie sit 2 minutes after blending. If prepping ahead, store sealed and shake before drinking.
