Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brewed Tea
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Juice or Fresh Cherries (pitted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or Sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (or a plant-based alternative)
  • Ice Cubes (for iced version, as needed)
  • Optional Garnish (Whipped Cream, Cherry, Cinnamon, or Cherry Syrup, as desired)

Instructions

  1. Brew one cup of your favorite tea and let it cool slightly.
  2. If using cherry juice, warm it gently in a saucepan. If using fresh cherries, pit and blend them into a puree and warm slightly. Stir in the vanilla extract along with honey or sugar to taste.
  3. Combine the brewed tea with the cherry mixture and stir well. For a hot latte, pour into a mug and top with frothed milk. For an iced version, pour over ice and add chilled frothed milk. Finish with optional garnishes.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute regular milk with almond, oat, or coconut milk. Experiment with different spices or tea types to personalize your drink.
