- 1 lb Frozen fries
- 1/2 lb Steak (flank or sirloin), sliced thin
- 1/2 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic butter
- Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley to taste
Instructions
- Bake the fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F and spread the frozen fries out onto a baking tray. Bake them for about 20–25 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Sear the steak: Using a hot pan and a tablespoon of garlic butter, sear your thinly sliced steak for about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to bring out the flavors.
- Sauté the shrimp: In the same hot pan, add the shrimp and the remaining garlic butter, sautéing until they turn pink and are fully cooked through, typically taking about 2 to 3 minutes.

Feel free to customize this recipe by swapping steak for grilled chicken or tofu for a lighter option.
