Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup (90 g) scallions, finely sliced
  • 2 oz (60 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 small clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • As needed water (for steaming or frying)
  • As desired soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar (for serving)
