Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ribeye or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 large Hoagie rolls
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic butter
  • 1/2 cup Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green bell peppers, sliced
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of garlic butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and green bell peppers, sautéing until softened. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining garlic butter to the skillet and then add the thinly sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Open the hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with the cooked steak mixture, top with sautéed peppers and onions, a slice of provolone cheese, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, slice in half, and serve hot.
