- 4 medium Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and diced potatoes, sautéing until the potatoes are tender, approximately 10–12 minutes.
- Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the ground meat, browning it thoroughly.
- Incorporate the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper into the pan, then stir everything together.
- Allow the mixture to simmer until it thickens, usually around 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet, allowing the cheese to melt.
- Serve hot, garnished with diced tomatoes, pickles, or other toppings if desired.
Notes
Customize with bell peppers or different cheeses. Add toppings like ketchup, mustard, or fresh vegetables for extra flavor.
