Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and heavy cream. Stir continuously over medium heat until it reaches a gentle boil (about 5 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Allow cooling at room temperature, then refrigerate for about an hour until firm.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute butter and sweetened condensed milk with coconut oil and a dairy-free alternative.
