- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Flaky sea salt for topping
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your springform pan.
- Whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
- Beat in eggs and fold in flour until just combined.
- Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and heavy cream. Beat until smooth. Add eggs one by one, mixing until combined, and finish with a dash of vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer and gently tap the pan to release air bubbles.
- Bake for 55 minutes to an hour. Once finished, crack the oven door and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours, ideally overnight, before serving.
- Serve topped with extra caramel and flaky sea salt.
Notes
Experiment with flavors by adding orange or lemon zest, peppermint essence, or espresso powder for different twists.
