Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham Crackers Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (for filling)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Apples, diced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce (for swirls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon gently.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top, swirling it into the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

Serve the bars drizzled with additional caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
