- 1 cup Graham Crackers Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar (for filling)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Apples, diced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Caramel Sauce (for swirls)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon gently.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top, swirling it into the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Serve the bars drizzled with additional caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
