- 2 tablespoons butterfly pea flower tea
- 4 cups water
- Sweetener to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle or on the stove. Once it reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butterfly pea flower tea to the hot water. Allow it to steep for about 5-10 minutes.
- Once steeped, strain the tea into a pitcher to remove the flower remnants. Let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate it if desired.
- When ready to serve, pour the chilled tea into glasses filled with ice cubes. Add sweetener and lemon juice to taste. Stir well to combine. Add mint leaves for garnish.
Notes
Use chilled tea for a more refreshing drink. Consider sweetener swaps like agave syrup for a healthier option.
