- 1 tbsp butterfly pea tea
- 8 oz boiling water
- Ice to chill
- 2 tbsp salted vanilla bean syrup
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Bring 8 oz of water to a rolling boil.
- Steep 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea tea in the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain the tea to remove leaves and let it cool.
- Add ice to a glass, then pour in the cooled tea. Sweeten with 2 tablespoons of salted vanilla bean syrup and 1/4 cup of your preferred milk. Stir gently to combine all flavors, then enjoy!
Notes
Cool the tea thoroughly for optimal refreshing taste. Experiment with different milk alternatives or sweeteners.
