A vibrant and refreshing drink perfect for warm weather and social gatherings, made with butterfly pea tea and salted vanilla bean syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butterfly pea tea
  • 8 oz boiling water
  • Ice to chill
  • 2 tbsp salted vanilla bean syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Bring 8 oz of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Steep 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea tea in the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain the tea to remove leaves and let it cool.
  3. Add ice to a glass, then pour in the cooled tea. Sweeten with 2 tablespoons of salted vanilla bean syrup and 1/4 cup of your preferred milk. Stir gently to combine all flavors, then enjoy!

Notes

Cool the tea thoroughly for optimal refreshing taste. Experiment with different milk alternatives or sweeteners.
