Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high or 400°F.
  2. Form the patties by seasoning the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then shaping it into four equal patties.
  3. Assemble your packets by layering thinly sliced potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and a burger patty on each sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, season again, wrap tightly, and place on the grill or in the oven.
