  • 2 cups Cooked buffalo chicken
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Green onions (for garnish, chopped)
  • Hot sauce (optional, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
  2. Spread frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the cooked buffalo chicken in a pan over low heat until warmed through.
  4. Layer the baked tater tots with buffalo chicken and shredded cheese, then return to the oven until melted.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce, and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, use sweet potato or cauliflower tater tots. Experiment with toppings to customize your dish.
