- 1 (32 oz) bag Frozen tater tots
- 2 cups Cooked buffalo chicken
- 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Green onions (for garnish, chopped)
- Hot sauce (optional, to taste)
- 2 tbsp Butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
- Spread frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat the cooked buffalo chicken in a pan over low heat until warmed through.
- Layer the baked tater tots with buffalo chicken and shredded cheese, then return to the oven until melted.
- Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce, and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, use sweet potato or cauliflower tater tots. Experiment with toppings to customize your dish.
