Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Slider buns (enough for filling)
  • Sliced cheese (optional, to taste)
  • Celery sticks (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing and mix well.
  3. Split the slider buns in half and place a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun. If desired, add sliced cheese on top, then cover with the top half of the buns.
  4. Arrange the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  5. For a golden-brown top, broil for an additional minute, keeping a close eye on them to prevent burning.

Notes

Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. Feel free to add garlic powder or cayenne pepper for extra flavor!
