- 8 slices Brioche bread
- 7 oz Cooked turkey breast, sliced
- 4 tablespoons Cranberry sauce
- Small handful Fresh whole cranberries
- 3.5 oz Cooked stuffing
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Mild cheddar cheese (optional)
- Small handful Baby spinach or lettuce
- 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Brown gravy
- 2 tablespoons Yellow onion chutney or similar sauce
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Toast the Brioche: Lightly toast each slice of brioche until golden brown.
- Spread the Base Sauces: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice. Add a thin layer of yellow onion chutney on four slices.
- Layer the Ingredients: Add sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar (optional), baby spinach, and red onions.
- Add the Gravy: Drizzle a small amount of brown gravy over the fillings.
- Assemble: Place the remaining slices of brioche on top, mayonnaise side down.
- Grill: Butter the outside and grill 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve: Serve warm and garnish with whole cranberries.
