Ingredients

  • 8 slices Brioche bread
  • 7 oz Cooked turkey breast, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Cranberry sauce
  • Small handful Fresh whole cranberries
  • 3.5 oz Cooked stuffing
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Mild cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Small handful Baby spinach or lettuce
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Brown gravy
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow onion chutney or similar sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Toast the Brioche: Lightly toast each slice of brioche until golden brown.
  2. Spread the Base Sauces: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice. Add a thin layer of yellow onion chutney on four slices.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Add sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar (optional), baby spinach, and red onions.
  4. Add the Gravy: Drizzle a small amount of brown gravy over the fillings.
  5. Assemble: Place the remaining slices of brioche on top, mayonnaise side down.
  6. Grill: Butter the outside and grill 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Serve: Serve warm and garnish with whole cranberries.
