Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana or applesauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash banana or applesauce and blend in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Add chopped nuts or seeds and chocolate chips to the dough.
  6. Scoop tablespoon portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes
