- 1 Lime, cut into cubes with peel
- 1/2 Lime zest
- 35 g Condensed Milk
- 350 ml Cold Purified Water
- Ice Cubes, as needed
- 30 ml Sugar Syrup
Instructions
- Start by cutting one lime into small cubes, including the peel.
- Add the lime cubes, lime zest, condensed milk, and cold purified water into a blender. Blend for exactly 8 seconds.
- Immediately strain out all the pulp to get a clean drink texture.
- Add ice cubes to the strained liquid, then pour in the sugar syrup. Shake well and serve cold.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute coconut milk for sweetened condensed milk. Consider adding fresh herbs or different citrus for variety.
