Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the milk, vegetable oil, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour, stirring until smooth.
- Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then incorporate the cheese and eggs.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce or on their own!
