Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in the vanilla custard until swirled.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool before drizzling with melted chocolate.
