Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the blue oyster mushrooms carefully and slice them if necessary.
- In a bowl, mix together the gochujang, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cleaned mushrooms in the glaze until they are fully coated.
- Spread the coated mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy and the glaze caramelizes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
