Instructions

- Let the Batter Rest: Allow the batter to rest for at least 5 minutes while heating your skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the Crepes: Lightly grease your heated pan and pour about 1/4 cup of batter, swirling to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges are set and golden, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
