Instructions
- Combine the Biscoff cookie butter, heavy cream, coffee, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until fully blended.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to an airtight container.
