- 1 pound flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth in a bowl. Add sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Beef: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from the pan.
- Stir-Fry Aromatics and Vegetables: In the same pan, add more oil if necessary, then stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine and Thicken: Return cooked beef to the pan and pour in the marinade sauce. Stir until coated and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve: Serve the stir-fry immediately over cooked rice.
Notes
For a variation, add snap peas, bell peppers, or carrots. For a spicy kick, add chili oil or red pepper flakes.
