Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box sugar free gelatin mix (0.3 ounce)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional add-ins:
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
    • A splash of unsweetened almond milk
    • Sliced berries
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
    • Unflavored collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and pour into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the gelatin mix for a full minute until completely dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup cold water and whisk again.
  4. If desired, whisk in Greek yogurt or lemon juice for flavor.
  5. Divide into 4 to 6 small containers.

  7. Enjoy slowly with a small spoon.

Notes

Label containers with flavor and date. Avoid adding raw pineapple or papaya as enzymes can prevent gelatin from setting.
