- 1 box sugar free gelatin mix (0.3 ounce)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Optional add-ins:
- 2 to 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- A splash of unsweetened almond milk
- Sliced berries
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- Unflavored collagen peptides
Instructions
- Boil the water and pour into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the gelatin mix for a full minute until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup cold water and whisk again.
- If desired, whisk in Greek yogurt or lemon juice for flavor.
- Divide into 4 to 6 small containers.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until set.
- Enjoy slowly with a small spoon.
Notes
Label containers with flavor and date. Avoid adding raw pineapple or papaya as enzymes can prevent gelatin from setting.
