Crunchy and crispy Bang Bang Chicken served with a spicy sauce.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Oil for frying (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. Dip each chicken strip into the buttermilk, then toss in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  3. Warm oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Place fried chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice to prepare the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve the crispy chicken drizzled with the spicy sauce or on the side for dipping.

Notes

Experiment with spice levels by adjusting Sriracha. Perfect for meal prep, store chicken and sauce separately and reheat before serving.
