- 24-30 Ladyfingers
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 4 medium Bananas, sliced
- 8 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until stiff peaks form.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with ladyfingers. Brush half with half of the orange juice. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and layer with sliced bananas. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cover the top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serve chilled, garnished with more sliced bananas if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider substituting Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream. You can customize this dessert by adding other fruits or flavors.
