A delightful twist on a classic dessert, this Banana Tiramisu combines fresh bananas with creamy mascarpone layers for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 24-30 Ladyfingers
  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 4 medium Bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until stiff peaks form.
  2. Line the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with ladyfingers. Brush half with half of the orange juice. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and layer with sliced bananas. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover the top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serve chilled, garnished with more sliced bananas if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider substituting Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream. You can customize this dessert by adding other fruits or flavors.
