- 1 medium ripe banana

Instructions
- Brew your chamomile tea and let it cool.
- Peel your ripe banana and place it in a blender with the cooled chamomile tea, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with cinnamon or mint if desired.
