A delicious smoothie combining chamomile tea and ripe bananas, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew your chamomile tea and let it cool.
  2. Peel your ripe banana and place it in a blender with the cooled chamomile tea, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with cinnamon or mint if desired.
