Enjoy the crunch and flavor of baked kale chips! This simple recipe uses just a few ingredients to create a delicious snack that’s both healthy and enjoyable.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rinse the kale leaves under cold water and dry them thoroughly. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the kale leaves with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the kale on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy and slightly golden.
  4. Let them cool on the baking sheet before serving. Add more salt if needed.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container, but they are best enjoyed fresh. Experiment with different spices for unique flavors.
