Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, add the crumbled feta cheese and drizzle it with olive oil.
- Create small wells in the feta and gently crack the eggs into them.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.

Notes
For a dairy-free option, replace feta with cashew-based feta. You can also add tomatoes or spinach for additional flavor.
