Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm.
