- 1 cup Cottage Cheese

- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika

- 1 cup Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in the bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm.
