- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Steam or blanch the finely chopped broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until just tender, then finely chop again.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Roll the mixture into small golf-ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, lightly greasing the tops.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
