Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup Fresh Figs, chopped
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 Egg (for wash)
  • Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to fit the brie wheel.
  3. Center the brie on the pastry, add figs on top, and drizzle with honey.
  4. Wrap the brie with the pastry, sealing it well. Brush the surface with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

If you don’t have figs, consider using pears or strawberries. Serve with assorted crackers, fresh fruits, or crusty bread.
