- 1 wheel Brie Cheese
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 1 cup Fresh Figs, chopped
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 Egg (for wash)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to fit the brie wheel.
- Center the brie on the pastry, add figs on top, and drizzle with honey.
- Wrap the brie with the pastry, sealing it well. Brush the surface with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
If you don’t have figs, consider using pears or strawberries. Serve with assorted crackers, fresh fruits, or crusty bread.
