- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Make sure to peel and pit the avocado before placing it inside.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust the water for desired thickness.
- Pour the pesto over your favorite pasta or use it as a dip for fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicy version, add red pepper flakes or jalapeños. Adjust consistency by adding more water if needed.
