- 1 lb Beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 pieces Pita breads
- 1 cup Fresh veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
- 1/2 cup Creamy garlic sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef, seasoning with cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Prepare the creamy garlic sauce and wash and slice the veggies while the beef is cooking. Warm the pita bread briefly.
- Assemble each wrap by placing beef, veggies, and garlic sauce on each pita. Fold to create a pocket and serve warm.
Notes
Consider swapping beef for chicken or turkey, and adding fresh herbs for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated.
