A quick and satisfying meal packed with flavor, featuring seasoned beef wrapped in warm pita with fresh veggies and creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 pieces Pita breads
  • 1 cup Fresh veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 1/2 cup Creamy garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef, seasoning with cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce and wash and slice the veggies while the beef is cooking. Warm the pita bread briefly.
  4. Assemble each wrap by placing beef, veggies, and garlic sauce on each pita. Fold to create a pocket and serve warm.

Notes

Consider swapping beef for chicken or turkey, and adding fresh herbs for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated.
